ShaolinStrength Movement
Shaolin Strength Movement is a course developed by Lavell Marshall over his many years of experience studying martial arts, dance, and fitness. By expanding your understanding of Movement, you can build a safer, stronger, and better body while increasing your awareness of your own abilities.
The more you understand how to move your body, the deeper your understanding will be of the most natural parts of being human. Our world requires us to remain still and sedentary; we have become stiff and disconnected from the design of our bodies, which leads to pains, health problems and mental and physical issues.
Movement is essential to life, whether you’re a fighter, dancer, artist, or athlete. You’re a Human Being, so get up and evolve with us.
