The ShaolinStrength Method
ShaolinStrength training is dynamic and intense training designed to push individual growth in your physical capabilities.
The method consists of a combination of all the skills I've acquired from studying martial arts, including traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Shuai Chiao, balance, movement/mobility and strength training, calisthenics, bboying, and my own innovative and creative ideas. These training programs enable the practitioners to achieve their fitness goals, be it weight loss, muscle building, increased mobility or an athlete looking to reach a higher level of their potential.
ShaolinStrength is about creating who you can be.
ShaolinStrength training is now available in two sets of classes on Sundays every week: ShaolinStrength Movement and Shuai Chiao at the Hanuman Health Club.
